2024 Suzuki V-Strom 800RE – 低座都市版
Suzuki V-Strom 800DE的真身相信大家都在香港看過了,而Suzuki推出2024 V-Strom 800 RE:DE vs RE,有咩唔同呢?好明顯,D是Dual,R是Road啦。所以DE版偏向越野及多用途,而新型號RE,則是偏向舖裝道路,更適合都市使用。
RE版的頭輪由DE版的21吋直徑改為19吋,尾輪直徑仍是17吋。RE版不是鋼線鈴,而是合金鈴配Dunlop無內膽輪胎。相比起DE版,RE版的避震行程當然也縮短了。
DE版因為是越野為主,所以風檔不需要太大塊。但RE版不同,風檔面積當然需要加大。相比起DE版,RE版的腳踏向後移了14mm和升高了7mm。,轉向把手也向前移23mm,高度降低了13mm,也縮短了15mm闊度。
因為避震行程短了,所以座高和離地距也降低了。全調式Showa SFF-BP倒立頭叉的避震行程由DE版的220mm縮短至150mm。Nissin 4 pot頭迫力不變。離地距由220mm下降至185mm。座高由855mm下降至825mm。
種種設定,都是為了迎合公路行車的需要。所以油缸也增加了1升容量至20公升。最重要是,RE的價錢也比DE便宜。
無論是DE或RE,引擎都是776cc直二引擎,8V DOHC雙頂置凸輪軸、270° 曲柄。所以這臺直二引擎的點火時序和Suzuki 90度V2引擎都是一樣,特點是扭矩強,高轉有精神,排氣聲也相近。
這臺直二776cc引擎,發放84.39ps馬力,最大扭力是7.95kg-m@6800rpm。為減少不必要的振動,776cc 直2機器配備了雙平衡軸,以交叉形式抵消震動。排氣系統採用全新的短消音器設計,幾乎不會從引擎右側升起和伸出。這設計讓車身外觀線條更緊湊,也有令人陶醉的低頻排氣聲。
Suzuki近年的設計語言都傾向採用極簡主義,棱角分明,同時也充滿未來感。5 英寸全彩 TFT 錶板是標準配置,顯示一切相關的行車資料,例如引擎轉速、速度、剩餘油量、雙區里程和電控系統的狀況。
車架及排氣系統和DE版一樣,鋼製車架連接副車架、後搖臂及避震組件,以實現獨特的人體工程學和量身定制的騎行體驗。電控系統方面,新車當然有Suzuki Intelligent Ride System(SIRS),綜合Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS)。800RE有三種公路模式及牽引力控制系統,可按情況提供不同程度的干預。不過沒有了DE版專為越野而設的G mode。
當然還有Suzuki Traction Control System (STCS), Suzuki Bi-directional Quick Shift System和Suzuki Easy Start system。按一下便可以放手的Easy Start System,和低速起步防死火Low rpm assist功能,當然也可以在新車身上找到。
